At Chang Thai we bring you fresh herbs direct from Thailand and great vegetables and meats sourced locally where possible giving a fresh authenticity to all our dishes. Our Head Chef Mr Phokong although formally trained got his style and passion from being taught by his grandmother in Ayutthaya the rest of the team all bring regional differences and personal influences direct from their home country.

Chang Thai offers a full Thai menu which holds something for everyone be it a classic green curry or a spicy stir fry straight from the wok.
Also many dishes can be prepared suitable for vegetarians.

A more informal atmosphere is adopted during lunch times a “quick lunch” or “set lunch” by the open fire in the winter or outside in the summer it will always give you the range of flavours only Thai food can.
